I purchased this beautiful 5th wheel from the original owner in 2018 in immaculate condition. It was built as a 4 seasons RV. Never smoked in, no pets, and no leaks. I have the original sticker showing every feature and upgrade from the factory. The floor plan is unique in their 2003 offerings. The pictures show the configuration of the 2 large opposing slides which makes for a spacious living area. Back it in by the lake for a view through the large rear picture window. It came from the factory pre-configured for a 2nd AC and a washer and dryer. There's an Onan propane fired generator tucked away in the front compartment. I added the custom wheels, living room recliners, new AGM batteries, new converter, new switch for the generator, Morryde steps, new tankless water heater in 2023, and new tires in 2024. At 22 years old, this rig requires a little extra TLC to keep it in good shape, but it is so worth it, and has lots of life and adventures left in it
