Although this RV is its original equipment and layout, the current owner has significantly updated and replaced many parts and equipment in the last 2000 miles. Including 5 tires, shocks, air springs, AGM house batteries (2), engine battery, water pump, cabin water pump, all gas and fire alarms, rear view driving camera, backup mirror camera, and much more. All receipts available as well as most maintenance records of prior owners since 1999. Runs great, no breakdowns in past 4 years of my ownership. Have used it mostly for 3 or 4 day outings. 21 mpg on regular gas. A classic experience for 2 adults. We have loved it but now facing mobility and aging challenges so it's time to reluctantly sell her.
