The unit was delivered to our campground (River Ridge Resort in Stanwood, MI) and has only been on the road to go to winter storage (heated.) We are the first owners of the unit, and have used it now for two summers now. It is in immaculate condition, as we only use it on the weekends, when time allows. We are selling because of the lack of time we have to enjoy it. The unit has been ceramic coated from the dealer, has no damage, and everything works great. We have never used the dish washer, the stove and over are rarely used, and still in brand new condition, as well as the residential refridgerator. The microwave is also a convection oven ,which we have never used.

The kitchen is in the rear of the unit, which offers a great space for cooking, and is open to the living/tv area, where there is a couch, love seat and two recliners, as well as a table and chairs. There is a half bath just inside the entry door, with a washer/dryer hookup.
The king suite, has a dresser and tv boasting a private bath with a double vanity, beautiful shower and full cedar mirrored closet, complete with a small dresser and a safe for valubales.

There is plenty of room in this unit to live full time, with lots of space.
