This is a 2021 Minnie Winnie 22M in great condition! well taken care of and we only used it for a short while when updating our cabin. Be advised that this price is a great price and we are NOT interested in being lowballed because we know it is worth every penny of this price. Everything runs and works correctly. We have the maintenance records for everything and all the manuals.  We have put a memory foam mattress on the queen bed and a small solar suitcase for charging the coach batteries when boondocking. It is easy to drive and is plenty strong enough to haul whatever you tow. It can be scene in Williams, AZ. Please! If you are a dealer don’t call and try to work the deal. Its worth the price. Check JD Powers and check the value. It has 19,430 miles on it and not romping over gravel road miles!
