In like new condition. We bought it from an Orthodontist who bought it new and lived in it while he was divorcing. We have used it about half a dozen times since we bought it. Everything works great. We've added covers to the two fantastic fans. Easy to haul and set up. Electric recliners with heat and massage. Note the table that plugs into the couch is under the bed.
