Mods done:
1. 2-100amp BB Bats,
2. Entry steps changed to be placed by hand plus dedicated storage area for them in Tongue area
3. The gas/elec water heater taken out and 2.5 gal elec put in (You still get the working gas/elec water heater. I had trouble keeping the white gunk it produces from clogging pipes, so I removed it.) The little 2.5 elec works, but only for quick showers. The plumbing in this rig clogging up (kit sink, toilet specially) caused me to re-route the incoming water line system. The buyer will most likely want to get this back to normal. So the LOW FIRM sale price reflects this issue as well as reinstalling the water heater (still operable and included). We used gallon jugs to flush the toilet. Worked fine for us. The re-routing means also no water flowing to kitchen sink, so we used 7-gal jug with rechargeable pump (not included). Worked fine for us.
4. Changed garage area into living room (will take 2 hours to turn back if desired)
5. Added some wire basket/shelving in garage area
6. Re-routed 12v TV area (TV not included, but mount is)
7. Spare tire mounted on rear, not under rig (had problems accessing original setup)
8. Small sofa, table, counter area w/tool cabinet
9. Aluminum floor covered with carpet squares then vinyl plank flooring (could all be removed)
10. Roof seams covered with Eternabond tape.
Everything works on the ATC with the exception of the water system as mentioned. We have used it in the current configuration for 5 years with no problems for us. It is ready to use if you are willing to use gallon jugs for water system. Again, the LOW FIRM price reflects this.
