This trailer is in very good condition with a Cummins Onan RVQG 5500 EVAP gasoline generator with less than 600 hours on it and a 30 gallon fuel dock. The awning arms, motor and awning are brand new. I recently replaced the battery with an AGM battery and a new smart voltage converter/charger. It also has a Wilson Amplifiers Weeboost RV cell phone signal amplifier. The trailer has been wired and plumbed for a washer and dryer but you must be plugged into at least a 30 amp 220 volt circuit to use them. The onboard generator does not produce the 220 volts that the dryer needs to operate. It also has a very nice Queen size Novaform memory foam mattress but the sheets, pillows and bedspread don't go with it.
