A  great 5th wheel with a full size refrigerator for full time living cones with washer and dryer. Expandable table which can seat 4 people with the extra chairs stored under the bed. A couch that makes out into a bed with storage for bedding. Ceiling fan and a grand sink. Fireplace which saves on the propane, and 3 burner cooking range with oven. Inclusive of pantry and a sliding spice rack. Big screen TV with surround sound plus remote that controls where the sound plays. (Back porch, front area and living room) 2 ice cold air-conditioners with option to add a third portable by the living room table. 
The bunk house has its own couch and TV for privacy. The couch converts into a bed and the bunk house has plenty of storage and a great area for the kiddos to get some z’s or relax. Above the bunk house is an extra sleeping area with a queen size bed for guests. 

Up through the hallway is a beautiful private bedroom with a queen size bed with plenty of storage underneath and additionally a custom closet. The closet has a washer on one side and the dryer is stored under the RV. 
The back porch is enclosed and great for kids or pets. The bathroom has a large shower area plus an area to sit in the shower. 
A universal remote that controls the awnings, slide outs and jacks. Lots of extra, like washer and dryer, slide supports, extra power cable, dish tv to name a few.

The right side of the RV suffered a blow out and caused damage to the metal skirt, will repair with sale. Fading from age on front top cap and a couple of small tears in the vinyl flooring in the living room. 
Overall a great buy considering the age and amenities it comes with.
