We are selling our beautifully renovated 2008 Keystone Montana 2980RL (aka the rig)

as-is. We lived in the rig full-time for a year and found it airy, open, and cozy with great windows, a thoughtful layout, updated details, and plenty of storage. The kitchen is spacious, with a large farmhouse sink, gorgeous eat-in peninsula, wood countertops, propane stove, a microwave cubby, and excellent Fan-Tastic venting. The living space has a custom fold down desk, an electric fireplace, entertainment center, vinyl wood floors, and room for two separate seating areas. The bedroom has space for a KING bed (mattress not included), custom side tables, a huge closet, updated dresser, and washer hook up. The shower has an Oxygenics handheld shower, giving high pressure showers even with low flow water hook ups. The Artic Insulation package, air conditioning, outdoor awning, and plethora of fans and venting kept the rig comfortable year-round.

We are including all our accessories in the sale! Including: leveling blocks, x-chock stabilizers, 50-amp power cord, 30-50 amp power cord converter, EMS-surge protector, custom tarp for winterization, skirting, Eterna-bond tape, extra light bulbs, curtains, electric fireplace, breathable mattress underlay, Oxygenics shower had, security hitch lock and tire boot, updated locks and two sets of keys, standalone dehumidifier, KingBird RV cover, and standard hosing for grey and blackwater tanks. No furniture is included.

While we were living in the rig there was some leaking in the two living area slides. Since then, we have stored the rig covered for the last two years and maintained a dehumidifier full time. It has stayed nice and dry, but you will want to seal the roof, caulk everything, manage a small squishy spot in the back living area, and replace the tires. While getting it ready to sell we also noticed some yellowing on the shiplap.

Everything (water, electricity, fans, stove, shower, etc.) worked great while we were living in it. We havent tested anything other than electric since and are selling as-is. The rig was never smoked in, but was pet friendly. All-in-all: The rig is a wonderful fifth wheel for fulltime living, to use as a guesthouse, or for hitting the road!
