My husband {Jeff} and I bought this around 2018 or so. The plan was to sell our house and live in the Alfa. We bought new tires that year and a water heater and new batteries in 2019. It hasn't been driven for about a year, my daughters stepson used to take care of it.

The floor heat never did work as promised when we bought it. The big slide out in the dining/living room needs a new motor, Tony from Alfa stated that would be about 5,000. The slide out in the bedroom Jeff hooked up to a battery in the storage below the bedroom. The tires have hardly been used, have lots of tread still on them, but they are from 2018. So, if your insurance agent says he won't cover you while driving on them be prepared to ship the Alfa or bring/get new tires here. There is Alfa Acne that we were going to take care of but never did.
