This RV has a lot of new and updated parts, but is still a work in progress. It has the deluxe Cab with High-back chairs and cold blowing AC. The motor is the 8.1 Vortec workhorse (492cid) long block paired with the original overdrive transmission. If you want to haul a pair of Jet Skis, a pair of Harley's or a small to medium size boat, this RV will do it and not break a sweat! The acceleration of this RV is very impressive. New Coleman 15,000 BTU AC unit installed in 2020 along with new cruise-control-turn signal, side door lock assembly, new bath sink and porcelain toilet, all new LED light fixtures and completely new Shower tub, surround, sprayer and skylight. New top-of-the-line tankless water heater installed 2022 along with new carpet in the Cab and vinyl planking thru-out. The main area to repair is the roof. There are areas of water damage and the roof material is original 2003. There is a small missing piece of fiberglass in the front over hang area on the drivers side ( see picture). There is delamination present on both sides of the RV. The ladder is slightly damaged on the back. Will pass TX inspection, no issues there. The RV is mechanically sound, but the Frig, tank sensors and stereo are not working. It needs more work to make if great once again. The asking price reflects that. If this RV was completely fixed up, it would be worth the suggested retail price of $36k. No reasonable offer refused. The motor and trans are worth $$$ on their own with only 55K on the clock.
