Well cared for 1994 Casita 16' Freedom Deluxe trailer. This 31 year old trailer is in excellent condition for its age. It has been well maintained and has had numerous upgrades and improvements. Originally shipped with the side dinette with captains chairs, we removed the captains chairs and made a dinette that can be converted to a bed. The original captain's chairs are included and can be easily re-installed. With the dinette conversion, the trailer can sleep three. The trailer has a current Virginia state inspection issued in October, 2024, and a bearing service was performed at that time.

Other equipment includes a custom made Cal Mark trailer cover, awning, 30 amp shore cable, rear stabilizers, tank cover, and two LP tanks. The LP tanks will need to be re-certified or replaced due to age. The two burner galley stove is original and shows its age, but works fine.

Also included are front stabilizer stands, 20' sewer hose with rear bumper carrier, 10' sewer hose with OEM carrier, water hose, and wheel covers.
