Unique floor plan, with Murphy bed. Health forces sale. We purchased this unit brand new last fall and spent months getting it all dialed in for fun travel. It’s only been slept in one night. The coach is loaded with all of the needed items. The coach has the partial body paint upgrade from the factory. We had an air ride system installed on the rear. It is remote controlled so you can raise or lower each side as needed. It gives you more ground clearance also. Has a 4000 watt Onan generator, heated holding tanks, ducted air conditioning and still has the gas electric refrigerator, which you cant get anymore. We worked hard to find a unit that still had the gas electric because they do a lot better Boondocking than the new 12 volt refrigerators. Tons of inside storage. Big bathroom and comfortable size shower. Porcelain toilet. Electric fireplace and a 40 inch TV that has a television that raises up from the countertop when you want it. This floor plan is unique because it has the queen Murphy bed that folds down over the sofa this allows more storage and a bigger bathroom in a small 25 foot motorhome. On the outside you have several compartments for storage. A big compartment on the side that is bigger than the door. We keep our special camping chairs and table in it. Great for traveling. The coach is sitting on Fords new E350 chassis using the 7.3 Godzilla gas engine. Drives and handles good. Lots of power. Has a swivel base installed on the passenger seat so you can turn it around for comfortable seating when you are parked. Wired for solar on the roof. This motorhome is basically still new, its been kept in a heated shop or in a covered RV storage facility. Health problems are forcing this sale.located in Oregon.
