Everything is in excellent condition, very clean, never been smoked in, no pets. Very spacious floor plan, with lots of storage inside and out. Equipped with Onan 3600w generator, solar system with 3 coach batteries(new).Large awning.Front seats swivel around,tire pressure monitoring system for the piece of mind with tires. Has an upgraded built-in front glass blinds for privacy, the water heater is both electric or propane. Sleeps 6+. Has 3 tvs, one outdoor, two inside tvs which can be used on the drive with installed inverter. What we love about this rv the most is that we were able to use all three beds on the drive and spacious storage outside and inside, tall ceilings and ability to go anywhere and park anywhere where the larger rvs could not go. We also loved to be able to tow a toy hauler trailer with a golf cart in it, so it is very well built.
