The kitchen features a microwave/convection oven; a gas cook top and oven; a stainless steel rectangular sink in the island with sink covers to convert the island to a solid work space. There is generous storage space throughout, including a large lighted pantry in the kitchen and a smaller countertop with drawers and cabinets above with beautiful smoked glass. A perfect spot for a coffee bar!

The RV has had 2 owners, both couples were non-smoking, young seniors, who have treated it with care and kept it well maintained. Upgrades include: a stainless steel Haier 16.4 cf. 4-door residential refrigerator; Dometic 310 comfort height toilet with soft-close lid; LCL Solid Step entry steps; Black Jack Eterna-Kote roof coating; 2 AGM batteries; and Super Shield Closed Cell Insulation for all windows.

There is generous storage space throughout, including a large lighted pantry in the kitchen. The bathroom features a step-in shower, with a sliding, 3-panel glass door. The vanity has lots of storage below, and a vanity cabinet above. Opposite the sink, there is a large wall cabinet above the toilet.

The RV has two roof mounted air conditioners. One is located in the bedroom, the other is in the living area. The one is the living area is also a heat pump. Both air conditions are ducted above the ceiling. The electric fireplace in the living area provides fan forced heat. The gas furnace provides heat throughout the RV by way of floor vents. The water heater provides hot water using two 30-gallon propane tanks or 50 amp electrical service.
