Known issues:

         -small repaired bulls eye chip on windshield, barely noticeable, see picture. 

         -Missing the 24” LED TV in the rear, still has 19” LED TV at the front.

         -Front seats have normal wear and tear, I have been using seat covers since I bought the vehicle.

         -Previous owner bent the awning lead edge, I think he opened the awning next to a tree.  The awning works as it should, the edges just stick out a bit when stowed.

         -Otherwise, this is a great RV in great condition.

Regular maintenance has been performed. I regularly drive this rv between Va. Beach, VA and Aiken, SC.  Will be in Va. Beach 7/4-7/12/25 and in Aiken on 7/14/25 onward.
