Low engine mileage, just over 100 hours on the generator ensures long life still within this lovely motorhome. The tires are in good condition and maintenance (oil changes, inspections, winterizing/dewinterizing) has been kept up to date.

This rig was used as a home office for about a year which is why the driver's-side slider is empty (no dining unit or couch.) The interior was also repainted a refreshing white and comforting sage green color throughout. The repaint happened when the couch was still installed which is why there are a couple spots where the repaint did not reach. Take advantage of the discounted price to buy the replacement couch of your choice instead of some uncomfortable stock furniture.

The exterior has maintained some wear and tear from a cross country move and a side-swipe on the passenger side rear. See photos for a small dent in one of the storage doors, a missing framing above the rear tires and cosmetic scratches on the paint/decals.

The awnings will need to be replaced, they are the original set that came with the RV. There is also a small hole in the particle board in the kitchen where a table fell and poked through while we moved here.

We have loved this RV with our whole hearts, but it is time to pass her on. We really wish we could keep her, but we don't use her enough.
