This Rockwood Mini Lite bunk floorplan makes excellent use of it's space. It has an RV queen murphy bed. We replaced the RV queen mattress with a residential 60" x 80" and had no issues storing the murphy bed. There are straps that hold bedding / mattress in place when it is upright. The camper comes with the original unused RV queen mattress. When the murphy bed is stored during the day, there is a reclining sofa. The dinette table also folds down and creates an oversized bed area. The 2509S also has double bunks - both are approximately 48" wide by 72" long. (oversized) The shower is good sized and the under sink storage in the bathroom will fit a small garbage can.

We love the Rockwood line. This unit has high end features inside including solid countertops, hidden hinge cabinet doors with lots of storage, undermount sink with high rise faucet, roller shades in living area, and frameless windows. The unit has a MaxAir fan in the bathroom and a ducted 15,000 BTU/hour A/C system.

In terms of construction, Rockwood uses 5/8" plywood subfloor, and aluminum framing throughout. The walls are structural composite and the roof is vacuum laminated. On the exterior, the trailer has an automotive glass windshield and a fiberglass front cap.

The RV has an outside kitchen with small refrigerator, 2 burner stove connected to house propane, and a flat top griddle connected to house propane. It also includes a rail mounted shelf next to flat top griddle. There is a spray port with hot and cold water adjacent to the outdoor kitchen.

I included photos of exterior storage. The lower bunk can be latched in upright position to store larger items in the rear. There is pass through storage up front, but size is limited due to the murphy bed. The pass through storage is under the sofa so it's possible to store broom, etc. from inside the RV.

The unit tows extremely well. The tandem axle and Dexter Torflex torsion axles improve the ride quality. With the weight control / sway control hitch, we experienced no sway. It uses a rack and pinion full frame slide - these are very durable and reliable.

The camper has Goodyear Endurance tires and a full sized spare. The camper comes with the optional slide topper and optional power stabilizers. It also comes with 200 watts of solar on the roof and an inverter to power small A/C loads off the battery. The RV has a TPMS system that is still new in package.

We have experienced zero issues with this unit since we purchased it in August of 2023 (original owners). No leaks whatsoever. There are no smells, no stains, no rips. Overall excellent condition - about as good as I can imagine for a 2 year old camper.

We purchased the bunkhouse thinking our 19 year old daughter might camp with us. We were wrong.

We are looking to upgrade to a "couples coach" so would like to move this. We would consider trading (with or without cash) for a 2023 or newer couples coach of comparable quality. (We really like Rockwood and Flagstaff line, but would consider others.)

We towed this with two different 1/2 ton Chevrolet pickups. The rated hitch weight is 773 lbs. and the dry weight is rated at 5499 pounds. GVWR is just over 6900 lbs. We always stored this on concrete pad and always stored with the unit level.

JD Power lists average retail at $34,950. Asking $29,900. I have a clean lien-free title and am happy to help provide financing contact if desired.
