This is our second Casita and it's difficult to part with it but our circumstances have changed and we've decided to sell our travel trailer.

WHY A CASITA TRAVEL TRAILER: First, at just 2,560 lbs they are very lightweight and easy to tow when compared to other travel trailers. Then there's the marine-grade fiberglass shell that's strong, aerodynamic, lightweight, waterproof, durable, easy to clean and has very low maintenance. Also, the aerodynamic design of the Casita Travel trailer shell provides less wind resistance when towing and lowers cross-wind resistance. Additionally, the Casita features a maintenance-free rubber torsion bar suspension which isolates the coach from rough terrain and reduces coach vibration, giving you superior towing and road stability.

SPACIOUS TWIN BEDS AND EXTRA STORAGE: The Casita Independence is the perfect travel trailer for couples with its two permanent twin beds that offer convenient access to the kitchen and bathroom without disturbing each other. The roomy beds also offer ample under-bed storage and are easily accessible. The twin beds can also be converted to a king size bed if preferred.

FULL BATHROOM: Whether you are boondocking or staying in an RV Resort, the fully self-contained bathroom is a much appreciated amenity.

EFFICIENT KITCHEN: The kitchen includes a stainless sink, three burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and ample storage for utensils and supplies.

RELAXING AND ENTERTAINING: The twin beds convert to comfortable bench seating with either one or two tables for comfortable dining and entertaining inside and a generous sized awning for sitting outside.

HVAC: The roof-mounted HVAC, ceiling fan, and propane wall-mounted furnace offer a comfortable environment whether it's the middle of summer or dead of winter.

EXTRAS AND UPGRADES: No expense was spared when configuring this travel trailer. From the fresh water upgrade to the high lift suspension package, Anderson Weight Distribution Hitch (a must in any trailer!), outside shower, LED Interior and Exterior bulbs, Awning, deep cycle AGM battery, and Video Entertainment Package, it's all included. Plus there's a CALMARK RV cover for use when storing the trailer and lots of other extras.

TRUCK AND TRAILER PACKAGE: We will also consider selling the 2018 Chevrolet Colorado tow vehicle together with the 2022 Casita as a package.
