I am motivated to sell this rv.  Registration is current.  Insurance and registration are coming up.  For the rv and the box trailer we are paying $700/month for storage.   Used 2016 THOR MOTOR COACH FOUR WINDS 28Z for sale. All 6 tires are 2-3 years old, with about 3k miles on them.  The actual length is 30 feet, so it is the proper size most of the national parks.  The Ford V-10 has only 12,166 on it, a torque shift transmission.  If you are not familiar with the torque shift transmission, when engaged, it will down shift every time you deprees the brakes.  Very useful on downgrades.  We have it set up to flat tow our Jeep Gladiator with trailer/flat tow controller. We also tow a box trailer and have wired the rv for a camera on the trailer.  Has two solar panels, 4 house batteries, and an inverter.
   Queen size bed in the rear it is set up so you can walk around to either side.  You don't have to climb over your spouse.  Only one slide out, so less maintenance and more functional rv while driving.
  Has 3 TVs 2 inside one outside.  Great for keeping the kids entertained while on the road, as well as for tailgating.
  If you are not familiar with the 28z model, it has a huge rear storage area.  It has room for a lawn chairs, two ez ups, (the following are included)  small bbq, spare tire, leveling blocks, 3 large plastic containers with cleaning products tp small green propane containers, extra radiator hose 12 ton bottle jack. 
  Inside: It comes with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, down comforters with mattress toppers.  If you are planning some colder trips, it is equipped with tank heaters
