Im selling my 4 season 2014 Northwood Arctic Fox 29 5T 34 fifth wheel RV and a B&W 5th Wheel Companion Hitch. The B&W 5th Wheel Hitch is 1 year old and is like new. It is a turnover ball style which free's up the bed of your truck when not in use. I'm asking $750.00 for the hitch.

The RV is in very nice condition and has been well taken care of. It has normal wear and tear for a 10-year-old RV but is overall great condition. We are selling it because we recently moved to a home near a lake and won't have a need for the RV anymore. The RV has newer tires. There have never been any leaks from the roof or any other part of the RV. In 2024 as part of regular maintenance, the roof was resealed with Dicor on all seams and I applied 2 coats of rubber sealant to the entire surface. Additionally, we replaced the TV last summer also. The RV is well built from the frame up and doesnt have the problems with shoddy workmanship that plague the new Covid era RVs of today.

Unlike the majority of RV manufactures that are in Indiana, Northwood is located in La Grande, Oregon. The Arctic Fox is their top-of-the-line 4 season build and is insulated well. Ours includes Thermal pane windows and has Solar panels installed. It has 2 AC units one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

The kitchen is spacious with solid surface countertops, large 12 cu ft side by side refrigerator and freezer (runs on either propane/electric) microwave, double sinks and stove top and oven. Plenty of storage throughout the unit with upper and lower cabinets. Dining area includes a free-standing dinner table with sitting for 4.

The living is roomy with a couch that converts to an air hide-a-bed and two recliner chairs. It includes a 37 LED TV & AM/FM/CD/DVD Player, with cabinets above and below the TV for storage.

The bedroom has a walk-around king size bed and plenty of closet space along with a dresser. Closet include mirror fronts. It has a separate AC unit for comfort. Individual reading lights and electrical outlets on each side of the bed. Overhead skylight with a shade. Part of the closet is pre-plumbed for washer/dryer.

The RV has 2 slide outs along with a large Awning.
