The 2011 Roadtrek Ideal is a unique van. A rear slide out makes it roomy for 2-person camping but compact for driving and parking.

Built on a 2010 2500 Mercedes Sprinter chassis with a 3.0L V6 Turbocharged Diesel Mercedes engine, the van has power to handle any terrain.

When parked and expanded (with the push of a button) the living and storage space are large for a van this size. The slide out creates space for relaxing on the sofa or for dinner at a table for two. With an extra-large refrigerator/freezer, a two-burner propane cooktop and a large microwave/convection oven, meal prep is easy. At night, the sofa easily converts to a double bed. This Roadtrek Ideal has many updates, including a Kenwood entertainment system with Garmin GPS and a new tile floor. We also added storage space by removing features we didnt need a built-in coffee maker and a small built in TV.
