She is 34 ' long and in very good shape. Has always been housed in a shed. White leather captains' seats in the front, that swivel all the way around to be used for extra seating. There is a fold out couch that sleeps 2 in the living room. One slide out in the living room that creates a great open space with a side chair. Dining table area makes into a bed also and could sleep one adult or two children. Nice kitchen area with a refrigerator that has a freezer, it runs on gas or electric. There is a built-in microware/convection oven, gas stove top and convenient area for food prep. Bathroom has a tub/shower and the stool has been changed to fit the higher level of 15" from the floor. Easier to get on and off. The bedroom has a queen size bed with mirror on the wall behind it. There is so much storage, both inside and out. It has an Onon Generator that is in great working condition. It rides on a Ford chassis, has a Ford V-10 motor and runs on gas. She has a built-in air compressor, has an attached awning. She has about 54,000 miles on her and still runs like new. She is a beauty, and you really need to see her to appreciate her quality. There are two air conditioners on the roof, and it has central heat. The system also has a heat pump for heating as well. We recently installed two new TV's and satellite system. The Blue OX towing system goes with it and the new break buddy system for the tow car, if you have one,
