2023 17 ft Casita Spirit Deluxe with very little usage and in excellent shape, White: Located in Lake Jackson, TX. Purchased from first owner in Houston, Tx May 2024 who needed to upgrade to a larger unit with a family of four. My wife and I intended to do some traveling during our retirement years, but health issues have slowed down that plan. It has been used twice since purchasing. It has been plugged in and covered for all remaining time to protect against sun degradation.

It is a small lightweight camper that is very stable towing down the road as if it's not even there. The cabin design includes a booth table that convert to a double bed for two, a second smaller booth that converts to a single bed. It has a full shower, toilet, and sink in a private bathroom. The main cabin has nice size Dometic refrigerator with a small freezer that uses an LED controller panel that automatically selects AC, DC, or propane Gas cooling. It has a nice size a kitchen sink with and faucet, and a propane stove top with two burners.

The unit has the high lift suspension package, video entertainment package with TV mount and cable attachment, a 3 ton Coleman Mach 3 AC unit with an LCD temperature controller for cooling control and heating control via an electric heat strip. It carries two 30 lb Propane tanks that are full to feed the two gas stove top burners, and the gas furnace and water heater which also can be run with 110 AC electric .

The main cabin can also be cooled with outside air via an AC/DC powered, remotely controlled, multi speed, Maxfan ceiling vent. The bathroom is individually vented by an electric MaxFan vent. The camper has the larger fresh water tank upgrade. LED interior and exterior lights. Black out roller shades. Horizontally opening sliding glass windows with screens. A Carbon Monxide and smoke detector are also included.

Other upgrades include the Fiamma Awning, Custom shelving in the large primary closet with LED lighting , teak floor board in shower, an 12V electric front jack with a manual option , an anti sway Anderson Stabilizing Hitch system, an outdoor shower hose and nozzle option, in addition to full inside shower.

Some things included in the purchase: Camper cover, wheel covers, Camper jack lug wrench, both 50 amp and 30 amp Surge Protector with circuit analysis. A 50 to 30 amp adaptor, 2 wheel leveling chocks, fresh water hose with 90 degree attachment adaptor. New sewer hose and expandable hose racks with various size adaptors. An outdoor under awning carpet. A new small Microwave, 1 year old Roku TV fitted to campers TV mounts. 12 volt digital battery monitor.
