Love this camper but we have a new driver and want to free up the garage space. This 2022 Forest River Rockwood 2318g has been meticulously maintained and garage-kept.

This popup has a slide out giving you more room inside and it's clean and dry with no mold, mildew, water, bugs, or critters. This camper is in incredible shape and only has 3,550 miles on it.

Exterior includes a Thule bag awning, outdoor shower with upgraded on/off knobs, access to storage, attachable shelf, original propane griddle (never used) which attaches to the side, a hook on the rear bumper to clip in your dog leash, two propane tanks with upgraded cover, carpet step cover, and vent cover on the roof so you can keep the fan running even in the rain. There are no leaks in the tent fabric or roof and the vinyl is clean. We removed all the unsightly stickers for a cleaner look.

Inside there is plenty of room with a dinette, couch, king and queen beds which have always had covers, a clean and cold fridge, great air conditioner, propane heater, roof vent, plenty of plugs and USB charging, hanging pantry, no bathroom provides more storage (and who wants a bathroom next to their kitchen?), added hidden hooks for hanging coats/towels, tinted windows, heated mattresses, water heater, propane stove, removable sink cover to increase working area.

Included with the camper is original power cord, over bed fans/lights, a Battery Tender charger/maintainer ($60 value), interior rug seen in photos, extra water filters, jack pads, REESE Towpower 7014700 Trailer Hitch and Coupler Combo Lock Set, queen foam mattress topper, and a BAL Leveler ($110 value). This is an excellent camper which has been cleaned after every use and is easy to store and pull. Folded up it is roughly the same size as a car so fits great in a garage.
