This trailer has only been used 10 times and only in a campground, never off road. This is the best layout and has more storage than any similar sized trailers we have owned. Sofa converts to 60x74 queen Murphy bed and dinette converts to short twin bed. Lots of extras and upgrades including a winter cover. Very bright and spacious feel for the size and more storage than the two of us ever used.
