A couple of people asked about seating area, so I’m adding this…

In this model, the slide-out can accommodate couch, chairs, or dinette. It’s relatively easy to replace the dinette, if you like everything else.

We chose the dinette to have a table space when we wanted it. We most often had the table (which mounts underneath the center back bench, not on the floor) removed and stored under the bed in the interior-access storage. This left open u-shaped seating for watching TV or whatever.

We added two coordinating small storage ottomans that fit well on the outside end of each side bench seat. Used them as foot rests, sitting sideways on the side seats, when watching the TV. They are in excellent condition and go with the trailer. 

Then we replaced the dinette seat and back cushions with high-quality professionally-done foam upgrades. The seating is significantly more comfortable than regular dinettes.

We carried a lightweight folding table which also stored under the bed. Used it when we wanted a smaller table. Easily slides in and out for access and movement.

This is the two-door version of 22RB model, so there is an exit in the bedroom.
