We are the original owners. We have never smoked and have no pets. Sadly, we are selling because of age. We named our coach "Daisy" the day we purchased her. My husband has been driving Ms. Daisy since 2013. For 5 years we were full-time RVers traveling the U.S. and Canada. We avoided driving the coach to Alaska.

The 40FX has a large rear main bathroom. The half bathroom and kitchen are accessible with all the slides in. This is extremely comfortable for traveling. Our motorhome is in excellent condition and well maintained. All service records are available. 5/24/2025 is the most recent Freightliner service date.

With the 380-HP Cummins engine and 6-speed Allison transmission, driving with our tow vehicle is controllable and effortless uphill and downhill.

Upgrades and extras included are: Progressive surge protector (hard wired) with a lifetime warranty, carpeted basement, battery trickle charger between house and chassis batteries, Osmosis water filtration system under the kitchen sink (extra filters included), custom made exterior window sun shades and tire curtains (snap on), TST tire monitoring system, Truck Garmin GPS, Tyron Flat Tire Emergency Kit 19-22.5". Water and sewer hook-ups. All slide toppers were replaced 10/2022. Two A/C's replaced 10/2022. Kitchen slide out mechanism replaced with stronger motor 8/2023. Tires replaced with Michelin truck tires 2020. Batteries replaced 2020. There are two electric slide outs on the driver's side and one hydraulic wall slide on the passenger side. The exterior full body paint is Rocky Road and the interior color scheme is Gemstone with glazed vintage maple wood.

A picture of the 40FX layout is attached. We purchased this model because of how comfortable and spacious it is. We enjoy relaxing on the expanding "J" shaped couch in front of the cozy fireplace, which takes away the early morning and evening chill. We appreciate the fresh air the remote controlled Fantastic Fan circulates especially when we are up north and can sleep with the windows open.
