We have owned this and fulltimed in it since 2018. In the last four years it got a sillicone roof, new front a/c, new power awning, window gaskets, kitchen faucet, fantastic fan rain sensing vent with remote, vent covers, black tank dump valve, shower faucet and a nice custom made mattress amongst other things. Full hydraulic rack and pinion slides, hydraulic stabilizers and hydraulic jacks. 3 1/2 inch thick walls for heavy duty insulation. Gas /electric fridge and 12 gallon water heater. 17.5 inch H rated tires on aluminum wheels. Washer dryer combo. We also installed a boat bilge heater in the basement to keep it from freezing up in case there is a furnace problem when we are not home. Also included are complete set of new furnace replacement parts and the expensive never freeze water hose. The pin weight is about #3700 empty so towing with a dually is preferable.
