Mechanical and System Upgrades

This Airstream has been upgraded with new Dexter axles, Dexter Never Lube hubs, and new brakes. It includes a Hensley anti-sway hitch system, one of the most respected and stable towing setups available. The power system features two new house batteries, a new converter, a generator transfer switch, and a new water pump.

For climate control, two new Dometic Penguin II 15,000 BTU rooftop A/C units have been installed (rear unit includes heat pump), along with the original working gas furnace. A modern Girard tankless water heater (2 years old) provides continuous hot water.

Interior Upgrades and Layout

Inside, the Classic features solid hickory wood cabinetry and drawers, new gray laminate flooring, and fresh interior fabric on seating surfaces and curtains. The layout includes a rear queen bedroom with a two-year-old medium-firm mattress, and a front living area with a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping capacity.

The mid-bath design includes a recently upgraded toilet, stainless steel sink fixtures, and new tile backsplash extending from the bathroom to the kitchen. Kitchen appliances include a 3-burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and a dual-power refrigerator, all in working condition.

Exterior and Structural Condition

The aluminum body is in good shape overall, with a professionally replaced lower panel on the service side (from a tire blowout, repair completed by an authorized Airstream center with invoice). The roof has been recently resealed and has no leaks. There is minor hail damage on the upper service side and minimal filiform corrosion consistent with age.

The trailer includes four Zip Dee manual awnings, new stainless steel service trays, fully functioning hatch covers, solid frame and subfloor, and an intact belly pan. Two 40 lb propane tanks with current certification are also included.
