The pictures associated with this ad have all been taken within the past week. Its clear that this Rialta is in good overall condition.

Inside, this Rialta sleeps two (one bed), has a chemical toilet and shower, kitchenette with microwave, TV, collapsable table and much storage. While 23 years old and with 115,700 miles, it runs great. Im the second owner (bought in 2014) and have never ignored the engines maintenance needs. It gets about 17 mpg on premium gas. The chassis was inspected and concerns repaired in May of 2025. The mechanic anticipated no structural problems going forward for the next 10 years. Theres minor skin damage on the driver side toward the rear, a few areas where rust is present and a couple of the green panels along the bottom are loose.

There have been two major problems crop up in the time Ive owned it. First, the transmission was replaced about eight years ago. Second, the wiring harness controlling the exterior lights on the RV portion (i.e. brake lights) needed to be replaced. Other than these its only required more routine maintenance/repairs. I have the maintenance records back to 2014.

Dealers are selling refurbished (clean) Rialtas for as much as $40,000. Id estimate this one is 85% of the way to qualifying as clean. What will it take to qualify as clean? Maybe about $5,000. At under $20,000 Ive got this one priced to sell.
