21' 1993 Toyota Dolphin is a Class C motorhome known for its durability and reliability. With approximately 93,000 miles* (see below), it runs great, and is ready to roll. It's a V-6 engine, and gets about 15 MPG. Easy to maneuver and fits in a standard parking space. Due to health issues, we haven't used it for a few years, so it's time to sell. The engine is strong, and regularly maintained. All hoses and belts, along with timing belt were replaced when we purchased it seven years ago (about 10k miles ago). Engine battery just replaced. Deep cycle battery for house power also included. Has generator, but we've never needed to use it, may need work.

The exterior of the vehicle is in good condition, no leaks, no wrecks. A storage and/or bike rack was added to the rear. Side windows were replaced as part of a renovation before we bought it. We removed the old, non working awning to reduce vehicle weight, we didn't need one. All six tires were replaced before we stopped using the vehicle and have less than 2,000 miles on them.

Inside, is comfortable for sleeping 3 to 5 people - overhead double bed, a convertible dinette suitable for two kids, and we replaced the original couch (terribly uncomfortable for sleeping) with a single size bed and new foam mattress with storage underneath. It can still be used as a couch. The interior has lots of storage cabinets throughout. Lighting has mostly been converted to LED, we left a few original lights for nice warm ambiance when desired. Carpet flooring was replaced with vinyl for easy cleaning. The kitchen has a stove (no oven), sink, microwave, plenty of storage and refrigerator. The refrigerator stopped working recently and likely needs to be replaced. (cost estimated to be about $600), or use as an ice chest if you want, holds temp well. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, shower, overhead fan, clothes closet, and medicine cabinet.

All interior systems, including a gas heater and electric air conditioner, water pump, water heater, gray and black water tanks, work well. When hooked up to power, the 17gal fresh water tank runs on a pump when needed. It is gravity fed if hooked up to a water source. There is an 18 gal gray water tank and 19 Gal black water tank with meters to let you know how full they are. Includes all equipment needed to dump the tanks. A 25' power cord and adaptor is also included.

*The speedometer/odometer died in 2023 at 89,697 miles. When we had it replaced, we learned that is is no longer made so the mechanic found one in a parts yard, and replaced it before telling us that the one he found had significantly higher milage on it than the vehicle has. We have maintenance records and a photo of the original odometer that show the actual milage. We have driven less than three thousand miles since.

Clean title, vehicle registration good until April, 2026. Last passed smog in May of 2024.
