Grand Design Reflection 31MB (10k+ upgrades, amazing for camping without hookups!!)

We're selling our incredible '21 Grand Design Reflection 31MB. Truly the perfect layout, we'll really miss owning it. We've spent so much time and money upgrading to make it compatible for boondocking etc- $10,000+ of battery, inverter, and solar upgrades. New Fogatti tankless hot water heater, JT Strong Arms jack stabilizers, TONS of storage inside and out, small fridge in side storage bay (powered even while not plugged in due to upgrades), all mattresses protected by zippered waterproof protectors, reclining couch with massage and heated seats, 2 large propane tanks, impeccably cleaned and cared for inside and out. Tons of big windows with blackout, pull down shades help keep the trailer cool. 2 A/Cs (can be run separately or together- all on new battery too). Phone app controls of the slide-outs, trailer leveling, awning, and lights. Keyless entry pad with programmable code, 2 large propane tanks, quick connect propane line for grill.
