Description
We are motivated to sell and are willing to take offers. We have the title in hand and can hold with a down payment. I will happily provide in-depth videos for interest.
We lived full-time in this RV for 3 years, and it was very comfortable living. We are smoke-free and pet-friendly, but the pets are two non-shedding dogs.
There is a front bedroom, a bunk house, and a loft as well as a sofa sleeper to sleep up to 8 people. This 315MB has been well-maintained over its 4-year life and many updates have been done.
The Impression line is built to be lightweight with a high cargo carrying capacity. We added important touches like tinting the windows, painting, changing slide out trim, adding a washer/dryer combo, hooks in the shower for drying towels and swim suits, a butcher block island counter top, a pull up bar above the mid bunk room, a televator and window behind it, and most importantly updated ventilation for the mid bunk so the room actually cools! Forest River updated all future Impression mid bunks to match our change in ventilation after they saw what we did.
Will sell with Andersen hitch and king pin attachment.

Because we lived full-time, it shows wear and tear. A few things we note that will need fixing sooner than later: the couch is in good condition but is fading from the sun; the D seals need replacing on all 4 slide outs- Florida sun made them sticky; the tinting on the mid bunk window is peeling in one corner, and the front slide out has a design flaw and because of the design flaw the plywood has water damage. This is something we tried to stay on top of while we lived in it and tried a few ways of stopping the water damage, but it still seems wet.
We hope that we are open and honest with you so you are prepared to make an offer that you feel is appropriate. Now that we are done living in it full-time, we want a smaller camper for weekend trips and don't want this awesome camper just sitting around waiting to get used.
