Purchased in 2021, but life has shifted and it's time to sell.
Price is fairly firm. I am just looking to cover the remaining loan balance.
A few upgrades were made for better comfort and functionality.
I removed the original couch and added a custom-built nook with a Foam Factory cushion (also works great as a twin bed).Replaced the bulky shower doors with a streamlined curtain to open up the bathroom.Installed a slide awning cover and rain guards for air vents
Condition Notes:
It's never been smoked in or taken on the road.One window currently has a minor leak. It's been covered and protected from further damage, and I've already purchased the supplies to fix it. I just haven't had the time (or the right weather) to do the repair. They would be included. Also included is the hitch system, leveling chocks, original power cable, and propane tanks. Other than my minor interior modifications, the trailer remains as it was when it left the showroom floor.
I am looking to sell, but would consider truck/truck camper or small Class C / Van trade.
