Well maintained 2018, 27-5 L Arctic Fox, Silver Fox edition fifth wheel, with two slides. Recently installed new rubber gaskets around each slide.

There is a 150 W solar panel array on top and vent covers for the 3 air vents on the trailer. It has one AC unit on the roof.

The roof is in good shape. The roof is cleaned and treated two times a year. Roof was cleaned and treated approximately one month ago. Recently installed two brand new batteries approximately one month old.

The axle bearings have been greased and packed within the past four months. The business that packed the bearings also inspected the shock absorbers and leaf springs. There are no problems or issues with any of the suspension. The brakes have well over 50% life.

Four point automatic leveling system. Also has a 2 receiver hitch.

14 ply radial tires. Tons of road life left. Tires are three years old. Although a lot of people dont do this, we balance and rotate the trailer tires every year.

Also installed a new screen door and there are new TVs in the bedroom and living room. Brand new recliner couch in the living room.

The trailer has been plumbed for propane catalytic heater inside for cold weather use. The three holding tanks are heated and the underbelly sealed.

Installed combination locks on the front storage and battery compartments.
