This is a great exploration vehicle for a couple. While it can tow a car (up to 5,000 lbs), for shorter trips we do not find it necessary. The unit is only slightly larger than a dually pickup truck or full size van, so you can explore with just the RV. While the unit technically sleeps four, the dinette sleeping area is only suitable for children. There is no overhead loft bed at the drivers area.

We purchased this unit new. We are selling because we purchased a newer version of the 27N floorplan. This unit has exceptional storage, which is why we bought a 2022 version of it. Two people can easily live in it for months at a time, and a single person could easily use it for full timing.

Unit is in good condition but shows some wear on the driver seat and the dinette seats - it is, after all, a 2016. It has always been reliable and has never broken down or had a leak.
