This 31 foot Colorado by Dutchmen is NICE, especially considering its age. It’s a higher end unit than some others you might look at. The wood is real, not veneer. You can see the tongue and groove in the cabinet doors.

It has a slide out that really opens up the living room., which makes it very roomy inside. What I’m trying to say is this one has been used, but it doesn’t show the wear so many this age do because those others have been lived in. 

The wood, the cabinet space, the entire floor plan is very nice! Even the bathroom is well planned. The toilet is separate from the shower, and is porcelain! (By the time you read this, we will have installed a new mattress). 

You need to come see this one in person. It’s not “Like new”, but for its age, it’s in really good shape. I’m confident you will really like it! 

Usually, when we get a fifth wheel in this good condition, it is much newer and way more money. The value here is excellent!
