My wife and I are the second owners of this 20 ft 2003 Pleasure Way Excel TS class B RV. It is fully equipped with a furnace, air conditioning, 6 gallon LP heated hot water tank, an Onan generator with only 16 hours, a four year old 3 way Dometic refrigerator , a two year old two burner LP stove, a microwave, a sit down shower, toilet and sink, an outdoor shower, two year old carpeting, a Fantastic ceiling ventilation fan, LED interior lights for long battery life, a carbon monoxide detector, a two year old water pump, right side awning, and everything in good operating condition. The RV has a 31 gallon fuel tank, a 30 gallon water tank, a 16 gallon gray water tank and a 14 gallon black tank. The rear couch electrically reclines and makes a King size bed with memory foam mattress for a very comfortable bed. The curtains and upholstery are original and in very good condition as are the comfortable Flexsteel leather bucket seats. The passenger seat swivels. There is a pedestal dining table and a cocktail table. The garment closet has been modified to a pantry with pull out trays. Most of the smaller particle board cabinet doors were replaced with lighter custom panel doors. The screen inserts shown fit the front door windows for bug free ventilation.

The chassis is a Dodge Ram 3500 powered by a 245 horsepower 5.9 liter ( 360 ci ) V8 gas engine with 75,111 miles and has been carefully maintained. The front brake pads, calipers and rotors were replaced in February 2024. The commercial grade tires are, 2 yrs old with 8,000 miles on them. Engine spark plugs, wires and belts replaced 2 years ago. It has an automatic transmission with overdrive, rear air bags, trailer hitch receiver with electric socket, a front bike rack receiver, A Thule brand three bike rack is included. The 5 gallon LP tank is equipped with a Schrader valve and 50 ft LP hose for your BBQ. No need to carry LP bottles. It has a backup camera and electric mirrors. The left side storage bin has leveling blocks and electric cables w/adapters, water hoses and black tank drain hoses You will be hard pressed to find a better equipped RV in such excellent condition.
