Due to a number of factors, we are selling our very minimally used 2022 226RK. It comes clean and ready to use. Towable by a properly equipped 1/2 ton truck (I towed with an F150) this is a well built, well designed, well constructed, small, lightweight 5th wheel.

We used this great rv only a couple of times. Add-ons include an upgraded TV, child guard on screen door, electronic locks on entry door and pass-through doors, shade on entry door, pump tank (so the pump doesn;t kick on with every use), push bar on screen door, etc.

Standard specs include: Turning Point swivel hitch for short bed trucks, one touch auto leveling, 165watts of solar, 2" rear hitch, MorRyde CRE 3000 suspension, "Arctic 4 Seasons Protection Package", heated and massaging recliners, and more.

Warranty opportunity: Because I am the original owner, I believe that I can still get a transferrable warranty on the RV. Depending on the sale price, I would consider sharing the cost of this.

Delivery opportunity: If the camper is fully paid for and insured, I would be willing to deliver within a reasonable distance. 250 miles would be no problem.

Pricing comments: MSRP was $64,114. Purchase price, including lithium batteries, was $45,899. Sales tax and fees made it $49,683 I still owe over $40k with $5k down, so I am already losing money to sell it, but would rather not just have it sit yet another year. Make me a reasonable offer!
