Infrequently used, in showroom like condition. Stored in a covered space, batteries replaced and upgraded last year. Annual maintenance performed each year on the Mercedes diesel engine and the water system was always winterized. The FB interior design (Murphy Bed) makes the interior spacious. Toilet never used for #2!! Black and grey tanks always treated after each trip - no odor whatsoever. That combined with the fact that the stovetop was never used for cooking (we always cooked outside) and being owned and operated by non-smokers makes the inside smell showroom fresh. Truly in like-new condition.
