Selling for brother, he is moving. 29000.00.  He has theatre-style seats instead of the couch.  They added a better king-sized mattress and a wall-mounted TV in the bedroom.
Also have a service contract and pre-paid maintenance for it for 5 years.  I have a Dish satellite and receiver for it, as well as an Osprey wifi and cell phone booster. Bought 4/9/22. Also has a weight distribution hitch.
