Windows are double glazed. Three (3) roof top Coleman A/C/ Heat Pumps and two (2) forced air LP furnaces.  One furnace has a duct to the basement for cold weather camping.

Three (3) roof top motorized exhaust fans with temperature controls.

RV King mattress in the master bedroom.

Jack Knife style couch/bed on one side and a foldout with Air Mattress on springs on the other.

Convection microwave oven, LP gas stove top and dishwasher.

LP tankless instant hot water heater.

Four (4) televisions, all functioning, I installed Fire Sticks on them (to be removed when sold) to stream the TV.

JVC in dash radio with GPS and Sirius Radio. 

Tire covers included along with extra load bearing pads for the jack stands. (see photos)

Toyo tires with a date code from 2020, they are in great shape with plenty of tread.

Includes a full RV cover from National RV Covers. Only used once while finishing its home in the barn addition. Otherwise stored indoors when not on the road.
