Trailer has been used very little low miles. Underside is solid, no water damage or deterioration. No body damage or repairs, no missing or broken rivets. Interior materials have been updated. We are the second owners. Trailer has always been stored outside, finish is no longer shiny. Trailer is watertight in any rainstorm, relatively quiet even in a heavy storm. Awning is in very good condition and covers a big area. Good flow-through ventilation, 4 windows with screens, top vent and screen door. Will need new tires and a battery. Propane stove and furnace, dual propane tanks. No bathroom. About 1000 lbs., pulls easily and fits into any campsite. We cooked at the picnic table so no food odors or traces of food in trailer. Bed will fit a six-foot tall person, interior standing height about the same. Has lots of storage, clothes closet and 3 overhead units, storage under kitchen unit. This is not an ideal trailer for rough jeep roads or off-road, we have never used it in that way. The appeal of this unit is that it is light, simple, minimalist shelter without complicated systems to maintain.
