This 16BH has full bed with overhead light, overhead cabinets, a clothes hanger cabinet. The dinette has under-seat storage and makes into an extra single bed. Full shower, toilet with light and exhaust fan. The furnace is just across from the bath door next to a circuit breaker panel. It has a 3-burner range with light, exhaust fan and microwave oven above the range. Furnace, air conditioner and fans work well, and the radio has WIFI with inside and outside speakers. The electric controller monitors solar charging of the battery. Another monitor keeps track of black and gray water and propane level. The awning can be extended and retracted with the push of a button. Everything installed is typical of what is installed on other Sunset Park Sun Lite RV's. I had an electric tongue jack installed. The trailer is 2,500 lbs. and is not difficult to drive. The 16' Sun Lite camper/trailer can get to some campsites other travel vehicles cannot. Priced to sell at $15,500.
