Absolutely great floorplan for someone looking for additional sleeping or a dedicated office while still maintaining a rear living area and not a traditional bunk house type floorplan. If you happen to notice the hallway loft bed is missing the mattress as it was used for storage previously.  We have a new mattress on order :)
