2022 and gently used, in like new condition with only 16,500 miles. Garage measures 8'x8' & 68" high to the bottom of electronic queen bed. The ramp has the rail kit to convert ramp to a deck (I never even used that feature). Everything in working condition, no issues, no leaks, generator good, tires good, AC & heat works perfect.
