I am the first owner of this pop up camper and have treated it well since I've owned it. I purchased it new from SCATT RV in Roseville, CA. It’s had yearly maintenance and is due for another one, although campers are generally very low maintenance. You should have someone in mind who can inspect and repair this camper if necessary, including a check up right after purchasing it from me. I researched a lot and this was the best camper I could find that could fit in my standard garage. I didn't want to have to pay for storage. It’s been stored in my garage fully closed when not in use. I’ve thoroughly washed it inside and out after every camping trip. I have a lot of high quality accessories for the camper, which we can discuss for an additional cost. Full disclosure, I still owe on the loan and do not hold the pink slip. We will need to go to a notary and have a contract stating that I'll need to pay off the loan with the money from the sale and have the pink slip sent to you. A bank can act as the notary and I can simultaneously witness you receiving a legitimate cashier’s check from your bank. I’ve spoken to my lender and thats what they suggested. They said that this is done all the time and shouldn’t be an issue.
