Everything works as it should. Very Clean inside and out. Mature adult owned and cared for. No weird smells or leaks.
Thus is made to use on short or long bed trucks.
I'm sure you can look online for any specs you care about. Generally it holds 45 gallons of fresh and 20 each of black and grey water. It is easy to use and doesn't need constant hook ups to use. Nice out door shower.
We won't be able to use it enough to justify keeping it is the only reason to sell
Extras include Solar roof power and dually brackets. Easy to remove if you don't want them. Has the Furion camera on the back but I didn't buy the trucks side unit as I had one before and never needed it. Maxair vent over bed to keep rain out and fresh air in
AC works well w extra vents and is also an electric heat unit as well. It also has a gas furnace and heated holding tanks.
Hot water on demand.
We have the new never used queen mattress for it stored as we use a queen size sleep number bed and will take it out.
We also have the new stadium reclining seats it came with. We took them out as new and have them in an extra room in our house and never used. We prefer the camper the way you see it. I can put the chairs back in, you can have em loose, whatever. You're welcome to our preferred bin useage as you see.
The awnings have nice lights and no stains. They are the self containing style so they don't get all wet when not in use.
Roof is very nice and I had the dealer add an extra retainer on it.
All remotes for tv and stereo w inside and outside speakers. Propane tank and sewer hose tube included. Electric remote powered jacks.
My wife and I used this sparingly for Western road trips in the Summer and pulled a large 24 foot 2 car enclosed trailer safely behind us using a standard hitch and bar. Longer truck campers need expensive hitches and potentially air bags adding thousands of dollars to make a trailer towable. This camper isn't so long you need a crazy extended sketch towbar or air bags but it has plenty of amenities for 2 people. I
I have the original large platform step w storage for this stored indoors in new condition. It was taken off to pull the large 24' enclosed trailer. I can reattach it or leave it off if you also want to pull a large trailer as well.
