2022 Jayco Eagle HT 284bhok purchased new in June 2023. Sleeps 10 with one 16 power-slide for the dinette and loveseat. The bedroom is located in the front of the trailer with a king sized mattress, wardrobe on each size and above the bed. There is large under-bed storage and built in dresser on the wall. The bedroom wall is prepped and ready for your TV to be mounted. The U- shaped dinette converts to a full bed, loveseat folds out into a very comfortable full sized bed and the double bunks are huge! The bathroom features a shower with tri-slide glass door, large vanity, towel storage, toilet and large medicine cabinet. The kitchen is a dream with a double stainless farmhouse sink, 7 cu ft. fridge/freezer, microwave, stainless range hood and gas range. The marble countertops are easy to care for, and the cabinet storage is phenomenal. A very large hidden pantry is located behind the wall where 40 TV and fireplace are located. The travel trailer is equipped with two 200 watt solar panels that are roof mounted and factory installed for off grid use. All appliances work off battery including the furnace except for the electric fireplace, a/c and microwave. It is rated for 4 season living down to zero degree weather with a fully heated underbelly to prevent tanks from freezing. The tanks are large capacity, allowing enough storage for 3 days of showering and dishes for a family of four. We used this camper last winter while building and it never skipped a beat. There is a factory installed rear view camera, power hitch jack, 2 30lb propane tanks , two batteries and tons of external storage. The outdoor kitchen is located below the bunkhouse with a fridge, sink and j-port for a grill or blackstone as well as propane quick connect. Selling because we are no longer needing and do not have availability to take camping the rest of the year. Everything is solid, a few signs of use in the interior, small 3cut in the flooring by the bedroom doorway from an object being stuck under the slide when retracting it, 4-6 fraying of slide cover in same area as the cut and a few pink nail polish speckles on the bathroom vanity door from our three year old. We did have one 50lb dog in the camper with us for a couple trips. Priced at pay off amount through M&T bank, 4-6k cheaper than buying from the RV dealers lot on consignment. Perfect RV if you are looking to build or leave at a seasonal site.
